Rather than altering a company's mission or values, the firm looks for partners whose culture aligns with its own, combining financial backing with creative, intellectual and connective capital. Drawing on decades of corporate leadership experience, including building Clif Bar, the team assists with production, supply chain, sales channels, finance and brand-building to help partner brands grow sustainably.
