He joined Castanea as a Partner in 2014 and serves on the boards of Simms Fishing Products, Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream, and West Coast Fitness; earlier in his career he co-founded Glenbrook Consumer Partners and was a Partner at Rosewood Capital. He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Sociology from Harvard University.

Paul Kenny is an Operating Partner at Stride Consumer Partners and has held executive roles at consumer products companies including Procter & Gamble, Reckitt & Colman, Nabisco, Kraft Foods, Playtex Products, Combe Incorporated, KIND Snacks, and Yasso. He was involved in the sale of Playtex Products to Energizer Personal Care in 2007, KIND Snacks to Mars in 2016, and Yasso to Unilever in 2023. He also serves as a board member and advisor to Chomps, Aloha, and Serenity Kids.

Sharon Fox is an Operating Partner and Founding Member at Stride Consumer Partners, with prior experience as a Chief Marketing Officer and general manager overseeing P&L in consumer sectors including food and beverage, beauty and personal care, apparel, baby, and pet across wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels. Her work spans brand strategy, consumer insights, and marketing across retail media, influencer and affiliate marketing, social commerce, and digital performance, with platforms including Amazon, TikTok Shop, ShopMy, and LTK. She serves as a board member and chairperson of the Nomination Committee for the University of Michigan IOE, and has held independent board roles at Criteo, Schleich, CityRow, and Aden + Anais, along with advisory roles at Melissa & Doug, CleanCult, and Happiest Baby, Inc.
