His work has included executive compensation, benefits harmonization, incentive and pension programs, acquisitions and integration, organizational restructuring, global succession planning, and performance management.

Michael Buesink is Senior Vice President of North America Sales, Marketing & Product Management at Fresh Del Monte, with more than 35 years in the fresh produce industry. He has previously held leadership positions at Fresh Del Monte and Calavo and owned a business focused on importing and distributing fresh produce in the United States. He contributed to the formation of the International Fresh Produce Association through the United Fresh-PMA merger.

Led a performance turnaround at the company and helped establish it as a leading producer and distributor of fresh, fresh-cut, and prepared fruits and vegetables.

Mohammed Abbas is President and Chief Operating Officer at Del Monte Corporation. Murtaza Habib is Vice President, Corporate IT at Del Monte Corporation, where he leads the company's global technology organization across North America, Central America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. His responsibilities include enterprise IT strategy, operations, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance, and he oversees a team of more than 150 supporting over 6,500 IT users. He holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde and the PMP certification, along with executive education from MIT, Wharton, and Harvard.
