He holds a master's degree in data engineering from IIIT Allahabad and a bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering from IIIT Trichy, along with a full stack web development certification from freeCodeCamp. His prior experience includes roles as a founding engineer at DigiUsher and a software engineer at BrowserStack, and he participated in Google Summer of Code as a student developer for GitHub, building a weekly digest application with over 250 installations.

Abhishek Mehandiratta is Vice President at SaxeCap, where his work spans research, due diligence, and capital allocation strategy across sectors including healthcare, nonprofits, and tech-enabled services. He holds a PhD in Management and Applied Economics from Wharton and previously worked at McKinsey and held a Fulbright award. An immigrant from Peru and the first in his family to attend college, he has also founded a health and wellness startup.

Akhil Dayal is a Staff Software Engineer at SaxeCap with over five years of experience in full stack development across a range of technology stacks and business problems. He also contributes to open source projects.

Alex Bernstein is a founder and investor at Inoak with over two decades of experience building and scaling SaaS ventures. He bootstrapped a SaaS platform to over 30,000 paying customers before exiting, and subsequently developed live-work lofts and office spaces in Oakland. His experience spans early-stage investing, customer acquisition, unit economics optimization, and product development.

Anuj Patil is a Senior Software Engineer at SaxeCap with a background in full-stack development, system design, and AI-powered product development. He has worked on web platforms, cloud infrastructure, and engineering tooling, using technologies including Next.js, JavaScript, AWS, Python, and SQL. Patil holds a degree from IIT (ISM), Dhanbad.

Ioannis Kremitsas is a Principal in AI Deployment & Strategy at SaxeCap, where he leads AI transformations, including generative AI, agentic systems, and machine learning, for private equity-backed companies. Earlier at Google, he worked as a product manager, shipping machine learning models to over 100,000 Google Ads advertisers and more than 1 billion users while managing a 250-person data labeling and RLHF program with a 13-engineer team and $19M annual operating expenses. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Berkeley (2014) and an MBA from Harvard Business School (2025).

Mahendra Choudhary is a Senior Software Engineer at SaxeCap, working remotely on backend systems and AI-driven workflows. He previously built generative AI integrations, including agents, workflows, and RAG systems, along with core backend infrastructure at DelightChat, and worked as a backend engineer at Deloitte USI in team member, solo engineer, and team lead roles. Piyush Garg is a software engineer at SaxeCap. He previously worked at Mosaic Digital, where he built systems including a query engine using Cube.js and Spring Boot microservices, as well as at Acciojob and Optum, where he served as a Scrum Master on a .NET platform and implemented OAuth2.0 SSO. He co-founded the Imapper Monitoring Platform, an IoT SaaS solution, held a product role at Lensster Eyewear, and holds a B.Tech in Computer Science with a minor in Management from IIT Jodhpur.

Rajiv Saxena serves as an Adjunct Professor of Practice at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a career focused on global supply chain strategy, digital transformation, and decision support systems across multiple industries. He has held leadership roles in the Institute of Industrial & Systems Engineers, including President Elect of the Logistics and Supply Chain Division and VP of Technical Operations, and received the organization's Outstanding Industry Practitioner of Logistics and Supply Chain Award in 2017. He has written articles for supply chain trade publications and speaks on supply chain topics at academic institutions and conferences.
