Michelle Rider is a Venture Partner at Redesign Health with twenty years of experience in healthcare, technology, and consumer markets. She has held marketing and commercial leadership roles at Teladoc (through IPO), Amazon Care, CVS/Aetna, and MDLIVE (acquired for $2 billion), as well as earlier positions at Unilever and Coca-Cola. She serves as Board President of the Kellogg Alumni Network of Texas and advises founders and executive teams on brand strategy, commercialization, and market expansion.

Neil Patel is Head of Ventures at Redesign Health, a venture and applied technology firm focused on building healthcare companies, where he leads a team that develops investment theses, sources founders, and supports companies with domain expertise. His team backs founders at the earliest stages, providing healthcare expertise, AI-based tooling, and ecosystem relationships. He has more than two decades of experience across strategy, operations, finance, and entrepreneurship, and since joining Redesign Health has contributed to a portfolio that has reached over 15 million patients and raised more than $1.5 billion from institutional, sovereign, and strategic investors.

Amber Love Westphal is the Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Lowercarbon Capital, based in San Francisco. Before joining the firm, she led global office operations across four companies in North America and built workplace experience programs, and she has also produced off-sites and large-scale conferences. Originally from Hawaii, she has supported executives at organizations ranging from startups to large conglomerates.

Aron Szanto is Head of Technology at Redesign Health, where he leads technology innovation focused on healthcare. He has previously founded and led teams at OccamzRazor, PathAI, Kensho, Harvard, the Zerobase Foundation, and MarketFactory, working on problems in areas such as Parkinson's disease, cancer, misinformation, Covid-19, and machine learning.

Preetha Ram is Managing Partner at Pier 70 Ventures, where she manages portfolio investments, deal flow, and portfolio company development. She previously founded and led OpenStudy, a peer-to-peer online learning community that she scaled to over 60 million learners and exited, and has held academic leadership roles at Emory University, Alliant University, and Harrisburg University of Science and Technology. She holds a PhD in Chemistry from Yale, an MBA from Emory University, and studied at the Indian Institute of Technology.
