She has held marketing and commercial leadership roles at Teladoc (through IPO), Amazon Care, CVS/Aetna, and MDLIVE (acquired for $2 billion), as well as earlier positions at Unilever and Coca-Cola. She serves as Board President of the Kellogg Alumni Network of Texas and advises founders and executive teams on brand strategy, commercialization, and market expansion.

Amber Love Westphal is the Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Lowercarbon Capital, based in San Francisco. Before joining the firm, she led global office operations across four companies in North America and built workplace experience programs, and she has also produced off-sites and large-scale conferences. Originally from Hawaii, she has supported executives at organizations ranging from startups to large conglomerates.

Aron Szanto is Head of Technology at Redesign Health, where he leads technology innovation focused on healthcare. Christian Bjelland is Operating Partner and Head of Capital Formation & Strategic Partnerships at Lowercarbon Capital, where he leads fundraising and strategic partnerships. He was previously Managing Director at Redesign Health, leading its international expansion, and earlier founded Hello Alfred and co-founded TRIDENT, a data-driven private equity firm.
