Rhod Needham is an entrepreneur who built and exited multiple ventures before concentrating on climate and sustainability. He founded Halo Impact, a venture group that provides capital and growth support to climate technology startups and nature-based assets, and serves as a mentor and climate advisor for the Second Muse and Brinc accelerators. He previously worked on the J.P. Morgan team in Hong Kong and holds a BA in English Literature from Cardiff University.

Atticus Maloney is an MBA student at Harvard Business School with experience in climate scenario modeling, carbon accounting, operating model design, and early-stage growth strategy. Prior to HBS, he worked at Boston Consulting Group on projects estimating investment needs across climate technologies and managing the spinout of a carbon management startup. He also serves as a Sustainability Advisor to HBS and is involved in its Energy & Climate Club and Impact Investing Club.

Brian Guzman is a legal and regulatory professional advising on investment strategies and funds. He started at Seward & Kissel advising private funds, then spent 15 years as Partner and General Counsel at Indus Capital Partners, an Asia Pacific equities investment management firm with $3.4B in assets, where he sat on the management committee. He later founded Guzman Advisory Partners (GAP), advising private investment funds, private equity funds, investment managers, and family offices on legal, compliance, and regulatory matters.

Estelle Archer is the Executive Assistant to Tenzin Seldon, Founder and Managing Partner of Pulse Fund. She has over four years of experience in operational support, client relations, and team management across administrative and customer-facing roles, and focuses on streamlining processes and communications for the investment team. She has studied history, racial justice studies, and anthropology, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Iman Naqvi is an investor and operator who began her career at K1 Investment Management, a private equity firm, where she worked on growth capital and buyout investments in enterprise software companies. She later sourced and executed venture capital investments as a Senior Associate at Main Street Advisors, then moved into operations as Chief of Staff to the President of Global Fashion Brands at TechStyle Fashion Group, including a period as interim Chief Merchandising Officer, and worked as a consultant Chief of Staff at VChief. She holds a BA in Economics and Legal Studies from Claremont McKenna College.

Jeffrey Berkus is an architect with over four decades of experience designing sustainable communities, having founded Jeffrey Berkus Architects Inc. He served as lead designer and principal architect for the Aspen Institute from 2004 to 2021. He has been a limited partner at Lowercase Capital, Frontier Capital, and Lowercarbon Capital. He holds a degree from the College of Environmental Design at the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Kim Mueller is a finance and operations executive with over 20 years of experience in venture capital and private equity firms. She previously led the financial reporting team at Legacy Venture (now Next Legacy Partners), a venture fund of funds, and served as CFO of Pelion Venture Partners, overseeing operations for a tech-focused venture fund. At Pulse Fund she oversees financial reporting, audits, tax functions, and daily operations. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

Sarah Mattina is a strategic communications consultant focused on venture capital and climate technology, working through her own consultancy, Mattina Media Group, with Pulse Fund and other climate-focused investment firms. Her work covers media relations, executive positioning, and content development, and she has prior experience with Venture Forward, the research arm of the National Venture Capital Association.

Former Head of Product at Neeva, joining founders and former Google executives Sridhar Ramaswamy and Vivek Raghunathan as the first product hire. At Google, led a product team building a video ads business for YouTube that was the fastest to grow from zero to one billion dollars. Excels at product strategy, analytics, and leading teams through ambiguity.

Translational cancer biologist passionate about transforming clinical cancer care. Chief Product and People Officer at Cambridge Cancer Genomics, a Y Combinator-backed healthtech startup building tools for oncologists to make therapeutic decisions. The company has raised over $8 million in funding.
