Simon Hopkins has worked in international investment management for over three decades, beginning at S.G. Warburg and UBS and holding senior roles at HSBC James Capel and Nomura. He founded the alternatives investment advisory Fortune Group, later acquired by Close Brothers Group, and in 2010 established Milltrust International in Singapore, focusing on emerging markets, agricultural investments, and science and technology innovation. He previously served as an investment manager at CerraCap Ventures and holds a law degree from the University of Bristol.

Dr Milla Marinova worked as a medical doctor for over eight years and holds an M.Sc. in International Health Policy from LSE and an M.Phil. in Bioscience Enterprise from Cambridge University. She has held roles including Honorary Research Fellow at Imperial College London and external consultant to McKinsey, and has worked with the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh in partnership with the WHO on healthcare quality governance. She was a principal at GrayBella Capital, a growth-capital VC investing in European health companies, and founded R8ER, a digital evaluation platform for healthcare.

Eric Anderson is Head of Global Wealth Solutions & Global Emerging Markets at Milltrust International LLP, where he contributes to the firm's global asset allocation models, its Emerging Markets Platform, and the Milltrust Global Emerging Markets Fund. He has more than two decades of international investment industry experience across the US, Europe, and Asia. He previously was Managing Partner at Think Alternative Advisors LLP (acquired by Milltrust in 2010) and held roles at Credit Suisse, Ortus Capital Management, and State Street Global Advisors. He holds a degree in International Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Gary Dugan is an investment professional with 38 years of experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. He began his career in London and joined JPMorgan Securities in 1993 as a European equity market strategist, later becoming head of multi-asset portfolios at JPMorgan Asset Management, and has held CIO roles at Barclays and Merrill Lynch. He is currently CIO at East West Private Wealth, having previously served as CEO of Purple Asset Management and founded The Global CIO Office, which provides outsourced CIO services.

Protap Mukherjee is Senior Managing Director and Head of GCC/Asia at East West Private Wealth, based in the UAE, with more than 26 years in financial services. His prior roles include Executive Director at Schroders in Singapore, Senior Director at DBS Bank, and Director positions at BNP Paribas Wealth Management and Falcon Private Bank, along with earlier posts at First Abu Dhabi Bank and Standard Chartered Bank. He holds a Business Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and is a Chartered Wealth Manager accredited by the American Academy of Financial Management.

Cecilia McLaughlin is a Portfolio Manager at Milltrust International LLP, having begun her financial career in 1995 at institutions including Goldman Sachs, Citibank, and Alliance Investment Bank. She has experience across equities and multiple asset classes, along with multi-asset dealing and execution. At Milltrust she manages international high net worth clients and works on business development, client relationship management, and investment management.

Henry Soediarko is Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Research for the Climate Impact Asia Fund, based in Singapore. He has over 12 years of experience in the Asian equity long/short hedge fund industry, having held roles in portfolio management, trading, and risk management at firms including Creo Capital, Hachiman Capital, and Amoeba Capital, and was previously an Asian equity analyst at Smartkarma where he incorporated ESG analysis into his research. He holds an MBA from Vlerick Business School in Belgium and an MSc in Investment from City University Business School in England.

Sean Ang is a Director of Milltrust Ventures, the private markets arm of Milltrust International Group, working on early-stage investments and venture-building. He previously served as Business Lead of the NUS Institute for Functional Intelligent Materials (I-FIM), where he focused on commercializing advanced materials technology through IP licensing and academic spin-offs, and earlier worked as a management consultant at DayDayUp Global. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) from the National University of Singapore with a double major in Biomedical Engineering and Innovation & Design (Entrepreneurship).

Devangana Yadav is Head of Operations at East West Private Wealth in Singapore, with over nine years in banking and financial services focused on client servicing for HNI/UHNI segments. She has worked in relationship management, transaction execution, operations, and KYC/compliance, previously serving as an Associate Vice President at Trica in Mumbai and Assistant Vice President in Wealth Management at BNP Paribas, and beginning her career at ICICI Bank. She holds an MBA in Marketing and a Graduate Diploma in Foreign Trade from the University of Pune and a BBA from the University of Nagpur.

Diana The has over 25 years of experience across the legal and financial services industries, including nearly 17 years as in-house Chief Counsel spanning Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa at institutions such as Harmony Capital Partners, Eastspring Investments, Aon, and the digital banking group Tyme. She holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Bristol and was called to the English and Singapore bars, and later earned an Executive MBA at Nanyang Business School. She focuses on funds, financial services, family offices, and fintechs, and runs her own law firm, THE Legal Concierge LLC.

Dr Bernard Ng works in medical and clinical affairs across global, regional, and local levels in the pharmaceutical and consumer health industry. He previously served as Vice President, Head of Global Medical & Clinical Affairs for Bayer Consumer Healthcare, and advocates for using digital technologies and data in healthcare. He holds a Doctor of Medicine from the National University of Malaysia and an MBA from the University of Melbourne.

Mark Ebert is Chairman of Milltrust International Managed Investments ICAV, with over three decades of experience across investment banking, equity brokerage, private equity, and asset management. He qualified as a Certified Public Accountant at Price Waterhouse and later worked at Citicorp Scrimgeour Vickers and UBS, where he became Head of Mergers & Acquisitions; he was co-head of Panmure Gordon and helped found its private equity business (now Lyceum Capital), and oversaw investment banking at Lombard Odier & Cie. He holds a PhD from the Royal Agricultural University.

Edward Higgins is Chief Operating Officer and Senior Relationship Manager at East West Private Wealth, having previously worked at Julius Baer in Singapore serving UK and international clients. Over more than two decades he has held roles at Julius Baer Singapore, Credit Suisse Singapore, and spent nearly nine years as a Wealth Manager at Morgan Stanley in the UK, working with ultra-high-net-worth clients. He focuses on investments, hedge funds, and corporate finance, is a graduate of the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and trained as an ACA with Menzies LLP.

Gary Thornton is Head of Finance & Operations and a co-founder of Milltrust International Group, where he oversees finance, fund and company operations, legal, HR, and the compliance and risk functions for the Climate Impact Asia Fund. He holds directorships across several Milltrust entities and is a partner of Milltrust International LLP. Before Milltrust, he audited Fortune Group at HW Fisher, later served as Fortune's finance director, and headed finance and operations for the institutional team at Close Asset Management; he qualified as a chartered accountant with Moore Stephens in 1993 and holds a Master's degree from Trinity Hall, Cambridge.

Jenalyn Modesto is an Associate at Milltrust International Group. She previously held roles including Retail Marketing Intern at Citibank N.A., Executive Secretary in the Product and Market Development Unit at BDO Unibank, Sales and Finance Manager at her family's rice retail business J. Modesto Store, and Business Development Intern at SmartBite Singapore, a B2B food tech company. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Asia Pacific College and is completing an MBA at Singapore Management University in March 2025 as an Ayala Postgraduate Scholarship recipient.

Johann Henn is Chief Executive Officer at Alternative Investment Partners (AIP) in South Africa. He previously co-founded Novare Holdings, where he served as Chief Executive Officer and later as Executive Deputy Chairman from August 2014, focusing on strategic client relationships and company growth. He began his career at Sanlam Asset Management in 1994 as a Senior Fund Manager.

Mikael Hed is a co-founder of Rovio and served as its CEO. He returned to the company in 2009 during a period of financial difficulty and helped lead the development of Angry Birds, contributing his comics background to the game's branding and narrative and refining its game mechanics.

Uttkarsh Sogani is an Analyst at Milltrust Ventures with over nine years of experience across banking, family business, and private wealth and asset management. He began his career in the Trust and Investments Group at BDO Unibank, where he supported investment product development, and helped manage his family's rice retail business in the Philippines. He holds an MBA from Singapore Management University and works with East West Private Wealth, part of Milltrust International Group, supporting fund operations, investor communications, business development, and client onboarding across Abu Dhabi, Singapore, and London.
