Over 12 weeks, teams access expert-led sessions on business strategy, product development, go-to-market planning, and investor readiness, plus mentoring, co-working space, and access to Queensland's startup and investor networks. The focus is on refining value propositions, building go-to-market strategies, and preparing for early funding such as grants and angel investment. Each accepted startup receives a $15,000 SAFE note investment from UniQuest, paid in three milestone-based tranches.
