Investment thesis
Palladium runs two strategies. Its Flagship strategy has anchored its investment approach for more than 25 years across four institutional funds, delivering results through varied economic cycles. Its Heritage strategy, launched in 2022, targets B2B and industrial companies in the lower middle-market, leveraging the firm's team and network. Palladium's value-creation model centers on three pillars: accelerating growth through strategic plans, organic opportunities and M&A; improving operations via financing, budgeting, systems and reporting; and enhancing leadership by building the right teams and governance. The firm draws on a bench of industry executives and consultants to source, evaluate and lead investments, and embeds stewardship practices such as diverse boards and impact measurement.
