Spoke develops last-mile delivery software organized into three products. Route Planner is a free application for delivery drivers that lets them upload stops, optimize delivery routes and navigate between them, with stop-level detail such as time windows, package attributes (for example fragile items or box size), access notes like gate codes, and delivery outcomes marked as delivered or failed. Dispatch is a delivery management platform aimed at courier companies, used to plan multi-driver routes, monitor route progress and collect proof of delivery; its interface presents per-depot route overviews with driver assignments, estimated finish times, stops completed against total stops, per-route pay amounts and vehicle load levels. Connect is directed at retailers and functions as a way to find local delivery services, discover couriers, manage orders and track deliveries; listings show service attributes such as same-day delivery, per-delivery pricing, proof of delivery, cash on delivery, live tracking, ID verification and fragile handling.

The three products together cover the supply and demand sides of local courier work: the driver-facing routing app, the dispatcher-facing fleet operations tool, and the retailer-facing marketplace or directory of couriers.

Business model

Spoke operates a multi-sided software offering: a free route-planning and navigation app for individual delivery drivers, a delivery management platform for courier companies, and a service that connects retailers with local delivery providers. Courier listings surfaced to retailers are quoted on a per-delivery basis (for example $4.00 per delivery).
