Mirjam Niessen is an investment professional with over 20 years of international experience in the investment industry, focused primarily on the agriculture, biotech, and food sectors. She works in principal investments at DOEN Ventures and serves as an external Investment Committee member for the VP Capital Venture fund at VP Capital. Her background spans impact investing, fund-of-funds investing, private equity, venture, and co-investments, and she has held roles on various investment committees, boards, and advisory committees.

Emmy van Kleef is Program Manager for the Regenerative Economy at Stichting DOEN (DOEN Foundation). Her work focuses on subjects including regenerative food systems, wellbeing and alternative economic systems, and the circular economy. She has lived in Australia, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Uganda, and participates as a Herenboeren farmer in Breda.

Femke van Casteren works as a programme manager for social entrepreneurship and inclusion at the DOEN Foundation and is affiliated with Studio Groen & Geel. She is the author of the children's book "Het boek over een doek" (David en Goliat, 2012) and the short story "Vluchten" in "Door Oost" (Babel & Vos, 2018), and contributed to the book, traveling exhibition, and audiovisual production of the project "Vijftig Ontmoetingen 10 jaar later" (Nieuw Amsterdam, 2013). She is developing a second children's book, "Kleine Cowboy," and a podcast for Stichting Open Mind Amsterdam in collaboration with Esther Tielen as part of the project "OPEN over depressiviteit."

Kari Postma is Manager Strategic Communications and Team Lead at Stichting DOEN, working in the areas of international cooperation, sexual and reproductive rights, and sustainable development. Her background spans communications, psychology, and program management.

Maarten Derksen is Communications Manager at The DOEN Foundation, with prior experience as a press officer in the nonprofit sector. His areas of work include crisis communications, editing, journalism, and media relations. He holds a doctorandus in Film and Television Studies from the Universiteit van Amsterdam.

Reineke Schermer is a programme manager for Social Entrepreneurship and Inclusion at the DOEN Foundation and is also associated with Studio Groen & Geel.
