As an operator, she has maintained customer NPS of 75 and delivered M&A integration with under 1% customer complaints; as an advisor, she has supported over 300 founders on investment readiness, 70% of whom subsequently raised capital. She was appointed OBE in 2026 for services to investment, women in business, and charity.
