She also works as a public speaker and coach.

Eva Waweru is Manager, Communications (Global) at Village Capital, where she oversees communications and visibility strategies across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, South and Southeast Asia, and the Americas. Her work focuses on impact investing and development, covering areas including economic mobility, environmental sustainability, and access to essential services. Her writing has appeared in ImpactAlpha, EU-Startups, and The Standard, and she has spoken or moderated at events including MWC Kigali, AfricArena, and regional impact investing forums.

Martin Alexis is a Program Manager at Village Capital, where he focuses on impact investing and supporting early-stage entrepreneurs. His work includes developing and managing programs, building partnerships, and providing financial and business consulting to startups across the nonprofit, public, and private sectors. He is a returned Peace Corps volunteer with a background in strategy consulting.

Oscar Robles is CEO of ePesos and serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors at Village Capital, with two decades of board-level experience spanning strategy, leadership development, equity and debt financing, and governance. His direct investments include Digital Ocean, Spydi, Bind ERP, ePesos, Nosotras, FE Financiando Empresarios, Nuance Fine Furniture, Manasur, and Neuroservices Communications. He has also provided strategy and financial advisory services to organizations including The Home Depot Mexico, Grupo Alfa, CEMEX, Grupo Lamosa, and Universidad de Monterrey.

Şükran Delan Calleja is Senior Manager for Latin America at Village Capital, where she works on projects supporting entrepreneurs by providing content, resources, and connections to help scale their ventures. She is also co-founder of Eloquentia Academia de Oratoria and works as a public speaker and coach.

Yazmin Jumaali is a Senior Program Manager at Village Capital with seven years of management experience across organizations including the WomenWork Network, UN-Habitat, and Code for Africa. At WomenWork, she implemented a program for Kenyan women entrepreneurs cited in Dalberg's 2021 report on the Kenyan digital economy, and at Code for Africa she managed a portfolio of civic technology tools, including air quality sensors featured by the BBC. A member of the Project Management Institute, she is currently pursuing project management certifications.

Chandell Stone has worked with low-income students in the Bronx and Harlem, founded the volunteer travel company Destination Impact, and launched Stone Solutions, a virtual assistant services firm connecting African professionals with entrepreneurs and small business owners. She now leads Degrees of Freedom.

Chenelle Ansah is Chief Executive Officer of Nell Consulting Ltd. She brings over two decades of experience in strategy, transformation, and investment delivery across financial services, venture capital, and the nonprofit sector. Her background includes building and scaling three digital banks from inception to launch, leading post-acquisition M&A integration, structuring and managing venture funds, and advising boards on fund strategy and organizational change across Europe and emerging markets. As an operator, she has maintained customer NPS of 75 and delivered M&A integration with under 1% customer complaints; as an advisor, she has supported over 300 founders on investment readiness, 70% of whom subsequently raised capital. She was appointed OBE in 2026 for services to investment, women in business, and charity.

He focuses on sourcing investment opportunities, developing cross-border investor relationships, and facilitating capital raises for founders, with sector expertise spanning artificial intelligence, climate technology, health tech, fintech, and emerging market infrastructure.
