Cristina Campero is the founder and CEO of PROSPERiA, a company developing AI-based diagnostics for chronic diseases, with an initial focus on preventing blindness in Mexico and Latin America. She previously worked at McKinsey & Company and at Wren Therapeutics, a healthtech company in the UK. Campero holds an MPhil from the University of Cambridge.

Dan Melendez is a venture capital and startup advisor with over a decade of experience as a founder, operator, and business developer across Mexico and the United States. His work spans go-to-market strategy, cross-border payments and stablecoin innovation, and partnership-building across the Web3, fintech, and venture sectors. He has held roles including country manager and venture partner, and has provided mentorship through programs such as Startup Weekend, LBAN Stanford, and UNICEF.

Diego Muradas is Co-Founder and CEO of Zenda.la and a Latitud Fellow. His work has involved developing educational algorithms for children aged 6 to 12, online microcredit services for people without access to traditional credit, and insurance products aimed at Millennials and Generation Z. He has led multidisciplinary teams across these ventures.

Ivonne Quiñones is the co-founder and CTO of Elsa. She is a software engineer with experience in product management and software development, and was recognized by the MIT Technology Review Innovators Under 35.

Jan Heinvirta is Country Manager for Mexico at Reap, a crypto-native B2B payments company providing stablecoin-powered cards, payout rails, and financial APIs, where he oversees regulatory licensing including card scheme licensing, MTL, and the vulnerable activities registry. He previously led Latin American expansion at the Swiss fintech Sonect, where he obtained the ITF/CNBV license and helped raise an $8.6M Series A, and co-founded Perfekto, a Y Combinator-backed Mexico City marketplace that reached $1M ARR and 50 employees before closing in 2023. He also served as a Partner at Platanus Ventures, reviewing startups and investing in more than 30 companies.

Martin Haiek is Co-Founder of Signal Studio, a product studio that builds MVPs and produces UGC content with creators across LatAm and the US. He is developing a bootstrapped SaaS portfolio, including onionpresentations.com and getideabank.com, and publishes a weekly newsletter for LatAm founders. He previously founded a VC-backed startup that raised $4M and reached $2M ARR, and has over 12 years of experience building software products, having worked with more than 150 startups across the U.S., LatAm, Asia, and Europe.

Mat Gantar is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Lotux VC, where he works with pre-seed stage founders building software companies in Latin America. He previously collaborated with founders and investors in the region through Seedstars and Arkangeles, and supported European entrepreneurship through initiatives including Project Welcome (Startup Ole Accelerator) and Startup Europe (European Commission).

Oscar Jimenez is Cofounder and Senior Partner at EV, where he works on fractional growth and strategy, and serves as a Venture Partner at Lotux VC. His areas of focus include B2B growth and sales, finance, branding, operations, and sectors such as EdTech and D2C.

Raphael Kappeler is a Swiss entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Reworth, a company that enables financial institutions and merchants to use transactional data and cashback offers to influence consumer behavior. Before moving to Mexico City over nine years ago, he spent 15 years in finance and sales in Europe and Asia, including roles at Credit Suisse and Leonteq, and he has since founded ventures including an equity crowdfunding platform backed by INADEM and iAngels and a loyalty app called Appuntos. He also founded the Swiss Community Mexico network and mentors fintech and marketing startups, including through the accelerator Seedstars.

Ricardo Moguel is the Co-Founder and CEO of Clivi Health, a Latin American company focused on managing chronic conditions including diabetes, overweight, and obesity through a combination of medical care, technology, and patient support. Originally from southern Mexico, he studied and worked in more than six countries and spent nearly a decade in the insurance industry at AXA and AIG before entering entrepreneurship. In 2017, he founded a healthcare company in Mexico that expanded across Latin America and reached profitability in multiple markets within four years.
