D.A. Wallach is co-founder and General Partner of Time BioVentures. He studied at Harvard, where he worked with professor Henry Louis Gates, Jr., and began a career as a recording artist with the band Chester French before turning to investing in 2011. His early technology investments included Spotify, SpaceX, and others, and since 2015 he has concentrated on biotechnology and healthcare startups.

Dr. Wright is a physician-scientist whose career spans academic research, clinical medicine, big pharma, and biotech, contributing to the development of twenty marketed drugs, ten of which reached over $1 billion in annual sales. He earned his medical degree and completed a rheumatology fellowship and molecular biology and immunology post-docs at Johns Hopkins, later serving on faculty there and as a tenured Associate Professor and Division Chief at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. His industry roles include positions at Pfizer, senior translational and development leadership at Novartis, Executive Vice President at CALIBR, and Chief R&D Officer at Regulus Therapeutics.

Bradford Cornell is an emeritus Professor of Financial Economics at UCLA who also taught at Caltech for a decade, and has authored three books and over 150 articles on investment analysis and corporate valuation. He founded FinEcon, a litigation expert-analysis firm, and has provided testimony in major financial cases including the Enron collapse. He co-founded Cornell Capital Group LLC with his sons and serves as a senior advisor to Rayliant Global Advisors; he holds all his degrees from Stanford.

Daniel Vasella, M.D., is Chairman of the Board of Numab Therapeutics AG, having joined the board in 2019 and become Chairman in 2020. He previously served as Chairman of Novartis AG from 1999 to 2013 and as its CEO from 1996 to 2010, and earlier held CEO and senior development and marketing roles at Sandoz Pharma. He earned an M.D. from the University of Bern in 1980 and completed studies at Harvard Business School.

Jay Flatley led Illumina as CEO from 1999 to 2016, later serving as Executive Chairman and then Chairman of the Board, and oversaw the company's move into next-generation sequencing including its 2006 acquisition of Solexa. Earlier he co-founded and led Molecular Dynamics to its 1993 IPO and held roles at Plexus Computers, Manning Technologies, and Spectra Physics. He holds a B.A. in economics from Claremont McKenna College and B.S. and M.S. degrees in industrial engineering from Stanford University.

Dr. James Allison is Regental Professor and Chair of the Department of Immunology at MD Anderson Cancer Center, where he also directs the Parker Institute for Cancer Research and serves as Executive Director of the Immunotherapy Platform. His research centers on the regulation of T cell responses and cancer immunotherapy, including work on the T cell receptor structure, CD28 costimulation, and CTLA-4 blockade that led to the development of ipilimumab. He received the 2018 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, shared with Dr. Tasuku Honjo, and the 2015 Lasker-DeBakey Clinical Medical Research Award, and is a member of the National Academies of Science and Medicine.

Leonard D. Schaeffer was the founding Chairman and CEO of WellPoint (now Anthem), which he led from 1992 to 2005 after being recruited in 1986 to turn around its predecessor, Blue Cross of California, and taking it public in 1993. His earlier career includes serving as Administrator of the Health Care Financing Administration (now CMS), Assistant Secretary for Management and Budget at HHS, and leadership roles at Group Health of Minnesota, the Student Loan Marketing Association, and Citibank. He is a Professor at the University of Southern California, where he established the Schaeffer Center for Health Policy and Economics, and is a graduate of Princeton University.

Padmanee Sharma is a professor of Genitourinary Medical Oncology and Immunology in the Division of Cancer Medicine at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Her research centers on immunotherapy, including work with Dr. James P. Allison and studies of T cell responses to prostate cancer immunotherapies. She earned an MD and a Ph.D. in Immunology from Pennsylvania State University, completed clinical training at New York Hospital, Cornell Medical Center and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and holds degrees from Boston University.

Paul McEwan has more than 25 years of experience in the life science tools sector as both an entrepreneur and investor, beginning his career developing technology for the Human Genome Project at the Whitehead Institute Center for Genome Research. He co-founded several life science tools companies, including Agencourt Bioscience, Agencourt Personal Genomics, and Kapa Biosystems, which together reached a combined exit value of $700M. As an angel investor he has made over 20 investments in life science startups.

Peter Attia is a physician focused on the applied science of longevity, working with nutrition, exercise physiology, sleep physiology, mental health, and pharmacology to extend both lifespan and healthspan. He trained for five years in general surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital and spent two years as a surgical oncology fellow at the NIH's National Cancer Institute, researching immune-based therapies for melanoma. He earned his M.D. from Stanford University and holds a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering and applied mathematics.

Robert Nelsen is a co-founder and Managing Director of ARCH Venture Partners, where he has been involved in the creation, early sourcing, financing, and development of more than 150 companies. He focuses on early-stage investing in novel platform technologies aimed at improving health care and outcomes. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in Economics and Biology from the University of Puget Sound.

Sarkis K. Mazmanian is the Luis & Nelly Soux Professor of Microbiology in the Division of Biology & Biological Engineering at Caltech and an Investigator of the Heritage Medical Research Institute. He earned his Ph.D. in microbiology and immunology at UCLA, held a Helen Hay Whitney Postdoctoral Fellowship, and was an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School before joining Caltech in 2006. His lab studies beneficial gut microbiome molecules as potential therapies for immunologic and neurologic disorders, including inflammatory bowel disease, autism, and Parkinson's disease.

Sean Parker is an entrepreneur and philanthropist who co-founded Napster and Plaxo, and in 2004 co-founded Facebook, serving as its first president. He later became Managing Partner at Founders Fund, where he was Spotify's first American investor, and founded the Economic Innovation Group. Through the Parker Foundation he established the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy, funding research in cancer immunotherapy and genome editing.

Ryan Moriarty is a Senior Associate at Time BioVentures. He previously worked at Tech Coast Angels in Los Angeles, supporting the fund's early-stage investment process across technology verticals including biotechnology and digital health, and was a summer associate in Houlihan Lokey's San Francisco TMT group working on software M&A advisory. He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management with a dual specialization in finance and technology management, and a B.A. from Cornell University.

Jack Schoenfeld is Founding Product Manager at Henry and previously worked as a biotech venture capitalist. He focuses on product development and growth strategy, with experience building AI solutions for enterprise clients.
