Con McGrath serves as Director, Human Capital at Thompson Street Capital Partners, where he develops and implements strategies for attracting, retaining, and rewarding talent in alignment with business objectives. He is an employment law attorney with prior experience in both in-house roles and private practice at a large firm. His areas of focus include HR strategy, leadership development, talent management, and employment and labor law.
