Bob Tamashunas joined Seaport in 2003, where he sources, analyzes, and structures new investment opportunities and works with portfolio companies, and he also helps shape the investment process and manage the firm's operations. Before Seaport, he worked in the Leveraged Bank Loan Group at Prudential Capital Group. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Finance from Georgetown University.

Drew Meyers is a Partner at Seaport Capital, which he rejoined in 2018 after an earlier tenure at the firm from 2001 to 2007. He sources, analyzes, and structures investments and works with portfolio companies, focusing on business and information services, communication infrastructure, software, and tech-enabled services. He previously worked at Gryphon Investors and GroupArgent, and earlier at BT Alex. Brown and MFS Communications, and holds an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Finance from the University of Dayton.

Jim Collis co-founded Seaport Capital with Bill Luby in 1997 and serves as Co-Chairman of the firm's Investment Committee, helping shape its investment strategy while no longer involved in day-to-day management. He began his career as an electrical engineer at National TeleConsultants before moving into private equity in 1991 at Chase Manhattan Bank's Merchant Banking Group and later Chase Capital. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BSEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Michael Stern joined Seaport Capital in 2017. He previously spent four years in private equity at CapitalSpring, working on buyout equity and debt investments in the restaurant industry, and four years in investment banking at J.P. Morgan and Sterne Agee & Leach before earning his MBA. He holds an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in finance and accounting from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.

Scott McCormack is a Partner at Seaport Capital, which he joined in 2003, and has over 20 years of private equity investing experience. He sources and structures new investments and works with portfolio companies, focusing on service providers in communications and infrastructure markets as well as software. He previously spent five years at BancBoston Capital as a Director in the media and communications group and earlier worked four years as a derivatives trader in the US and Germany. He holds an MBA from Dartmouth's Amos Tuck School and an AB in Economics from Harvard College.

Alison Sanders joined Seaport Capital in 2018. She previously evaluated investment opportunities and worked with portfolio companies at Revelstoke Capital and North Castle Partners, and earlier was a private equity associate at Castle Harlan and an investment banking analyst in the media and telecom group at Deutsche Bank. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in economics and BS in business administration from the University of California Berkeley.

Adam Baughman is a Vice President at Seaport Capital, which he joined in 2020, working on analyzing and evaluating new investments and overseeing existing ones. Before Seaport, he spent a year as an Associate in PwC's Strategy& Deals Strategy group, supporting commercial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients. He holds a BA in Applied Mathematics with an application area in Economics from Harvard University.

Caren Dina joined Seaport in 2014 as Controller. She previously served as Controller at MayerCap, LLC (a fund-of-funds) and at The Segalas Group, LLC (a hedge fund in New Canaan, Connecticut), and was Hedge Funds Group Controller at Lynch & Mayer, Inc. She holds a BS in accounting from Pace University.

Kathleen Holohan joined Seaport Capital in 2019 and handles the firm's investor relations and marketing, covering investor communications, reporting, fundraising, events, and CRM management. She previously spent about three and a half years on the investor relations team at Apax Partners, and earlier worked at the Nasdaq Stock Exchange and BNY Mellon. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Kogod School of Business at American University.

Morgan Eddy joined Seaport Capital in 2021 and works on the firm's investment activities, including analyzing and evaluating new investments and overseeing existing ones. Before Seaport, she spent three years as an Investment Banking Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities, handling financial analysis, due diligence, and industry research for M&A and capital markets transactions. She holds a Master of Finance and a BS in Finance from the University of Florida.
