His work focuses on translating technology shifts, particularly in AI, into product strategy and investment priorities, and includes direct engagement with enterprise customers on workforce transformation initiatives. Previously, he worked in high-growth startups including Wandera, which was acquired by Jamf for $400 million, and Juvo, where he led product marketing through its $54 million Series B funding round.

Anais Cisneros is the Founder and CEO of Amela, a networking and learning platform for women entrepreneurs operating across Europe and the Americas. She previously held roles in venture capital and consulting, including positions at Rally Cap VC in San Francisco, EWOR in Berlin, and Samos Investments in London. Cisneros holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Christine Chang is a strategic advisor and ecosystem builder working with venture capital funds, startup founders, and business owners. Her experience spans fintech and healthtech, including roles as venture partner at Rally Cap VC, chief revenue officer at Tribal Credit, and advisor at Digital Currency Group, alongside earlier positions in organizational transformation at American Airlines and UBS. She is currently founder and advisor at Santosha while pursuing a doctorate in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.

Hiram Valdez brings over eight years of leadership experience in finance and operations from roles at Amazon, Uber, and Rappi. He has raised and deployed more than $500 million in debt and equity financing and has built finance and operations teams across multiple organizations. Valdez is an active angel investor with investments in more than 15 startups and currently leads the finance function at Nelo.

Lino Gill is Chief Marketing Officer at the Instituto Livre Mercado, where he leads institutional positioning and strategic communications for a Brazilian public-policy organization. With over 15 years in finance and fintech, he previously held senior roles at Zapay, Creditas, and a55, where he oversaw business development and growth initiatives. Gill also serves as a Venture Partner at Rally Cap VC, investing in fintech and market-infrastructure companies across Latin America, Africa, and Asia.

Samora Kariuki is founder and CEO of Frontier Fintech, a research and advisory firm serving the African digital financial services sector. The firm provides intelligence through weekly analysis and research editions, strategic advisory for fintechs, banks, and investors, and executive search placement for senior leaders across financial services companies. Kariuki also hosts the F-Squared Podcast, featuring interviews with operators in African financial services infrastructure, and is based in Nairobi.

Hanna Zaidi serves as Vice President of Payments Strategy and Chief Compliance Officer at Wealthsimple. Her professional background includes experience in payments strategy and regulatory compliance within the financial services sector.

Kar Dhillon is co-founder and CEO of Bytespace Labs, which develops computing infrastructure tools for scientific research. The company's first product, bot0, provides an integrated environment for models, notebooks, data, agents, compute, and artifacts designed for researchers and R&D teams. Dhillon's background spans telecom networks, data centers, software, conservation, operations, and business development, with a focus on understanding how infrastructure and tools support scientific discovery and reproducibility.

Ryan Conway is VP, Head of Financial Institution Business Development and Networks at PingPong Payments, where he leads international expansion across North America, Europe, and Asia. His career spans roles across the global payments ecosystem, including founding executive positions at Oxygen (YC S18), where he helped scale the company to over one million customer accounts, as well as positions at Mastercard and Worldpay during periods of significant industry transformation. His experience covers cross-border infrastructure, payment networks, issuing, merchant acquiring, and settlement technologies.
