Andrew Taktajian is Managing Director and Chief Legal Officer of JAB Insurance at JAB Holding Company LLC. He has more than two decades of legal experience in the insurance and reinsurance sector, having advised private-equity-backed insurance platforms, Fortune 500 insurance companies, and a boutique insurance regulatory law firm. His work has covered insurance and reinsurance matters, private asset structuring, acquisitions and partnerships, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Odile Roujol is the Founder of Fab Co-Creation Studio Ventures, a seed-stage firm based in Los Angeles and San Francisco, and of the FaB Fashion & BeautyTech community, established in San Francisco in 2017. She previously held executive roles in the beauty and luxury sector at L'Oréal, Yves Saint Laurent, and Bourjois, including Managing Director/President of Lancôme International from 2006, and later served as Chief Strategy and Data Officer at Orange. A graduate of HEC Paris with an MBA in Marketing, she serves as a board member for companies including Social Standards and Joone Paris, and as an advisor to organizations such as Scotiabank's digital council, VaroBank, and Hive Data AI.

Guillaume Briere-Giroux is a Managing Director at JAB Holding Company LLC, working within JAB Insurance.
