Investment thesis
NSIA is Nigeria's sovereign wealth fund manager, established to insulate the country's savings from oil revenue volatility. It deploys capital across three mandate funds: a stabilisation fund, a future generations fund for growth investments, and the Nigeria Infrastructure Fund. NSIA aims to build a savings base for Nigerians, catalyse infrastructure, and attract third-party capital into critical sectors including agriculture, healthcare, energy, renewable power, and technology. It emphasises ESG, being a signatory to the Santiago Principles and Principles for Responsible Investment, and increasingly focuses on climate finance, impact innovation, and early-stage venture support.
