Ben Trumbull is a co-founder of Tamarind Hill, where he focuses on early-stage investments in healthcare companies. Before Tamarind Hill, he worked in fund management at Rocket Ventures and Plymouth Venture Partners.

Allison Weiland is the Finance and Operations Manager at Tamarind Hill, with prior experience in Big 4 accounting and startups. She previously worked in audit services at Ernst & Young and served as a Corporate Controller and fractional Assistant Controller for more than a dozen startups. At the firm she works on financial strategy, operational processes, and supporting day-to-day accounting and finance for the firm and its portfolio companies.

Jeff DiLisi is a physician-operator who most recently served as President and CEO of Roper St. Francis, a $1.5B nonprofit health system in Charleston, SC, where he led enterprise-wide Epic implementation and improvements in quality, safety, and financial performance. He chairs the board of CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield and previously held operating roles at VHC Health. He holds an M.D. and an M.B.A. and works with founders on physician adoption and building traction within health systems.

Dr. Steve Allen is a physician who served as CEO of Nationwide Children's Hospital for over a decade, during which patient visits roughly doubled and the hospital ranked among the top children's hospitals nationally. He has chaired the Children's Hospital Association and advocated on pediatric healthcare policy. He currently serves as Executive Emeritus and Professor at The Ohio State University College of Medicine, a board member of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and an Executive Partner at Tamarind Hill.

Josh Buehler is a Principal at Tamarind Hill with a background in banking, M&A advisory, and investing, having led more than 20 transactions in the healthcare and fintech sectors. He previously held roles at Fifth Third Ventures, EY, and JP Morgan. At Tamarind Hill he focuses on healthcare companies with early traction that need capital and hands-on support to scale.

Michael Louge joined Tamarind Hill after a 19-year career at OhioHealth, Central Ohio's largest hospital system, where he held the roles of CFO and COO. He previously served as CFO of Seton Healthcare Network and spent 10 years on the Board of the Ohio Hospital Association, including a term as its Chair. He advises the firm's portfolio companies on selling into and navigating large healthcare systems.

Christie Currie is a Senior Associate at Tamarind Hill who previously worked as a Chief Marketing Officer for startups, where she contributed to raising over $20 million and helping take a company public on the NASDAQ. Before that she founded a healthcare startup building a platform for pediatric cancer patients, and earlier led innovation programs at a London-based firm for brands including L Brands and UK children's hospitals. She holds a tech-MBA from Columbia University and an undergraduate degree from Miami University in Ohio, and now serves as a fractional CMO for portfolio companies.
