Gabriela Ruggeri is Managing Partner at Kamay Ventures and Overboost, a multi-corporate venture capital fund in Latin America focused on corporate-venturing and partnerships. Over two decades, she has held roles including Regional General Director at ISI Emerging Markets and founder of Seagrass Capital Partners, and has evaluated over 1,200 startups while building a portfolio of 40 companies across sectors including ag-tech, fintech, and edtech. She also serves on multiple boards and operates Kamay Code, a program connecting startups and corporates to design proof-of-concept initiatives.

Laura Prado is a Principal at Kamay Ventures focused on impact investing. Based in Latin America, she brings experience in management leadership roles at multinational companies with regional scope, supported by training in economics and corporate finance. Her background includes developing new business initiatives in emerging markets.

Eduardo Amadeo is a partner at Kamay Ventures responsible for Mexico and business development. He co-founded an international venture capital firm with operations and funds across Chile, Colombia, and Mexico, focusing on portfolio management, business development, and growth of early-stage startups in the region.

Iñigo Alberola serves as Director of Operations at Kamay Ventures and holds an investment role at Overboost, a corporate-backed venture capital firm. He brings experience in banking and investment management, alongside a background as a start-up co-founder, with expertise in data analysis, CRM, financial risk, and business development. He holds a degree from Ecole Centrale Paris and an MBA from Universidad Torcuato di Tella.

Guido Aberastain is an Industrial Engineer currently serving as Innovation Program Manager at Overboost, where he leads a venture clienting initiative for The Coca-Cola Company that connects startups with corporate innovation challenges. He previously held roles at Mondelez International as an Integrated Lean Six Sigma Analyst designing digital performance systems, and at Toyota Argentina and Amcor Rigid Plastics in operations and supply chain functions. Aberastain holds a master's degree candidate status in Finance and focuses on venture clienting, corporate innovation, and startup-corporate partnerships in Latin America.

Isabel Peña serves as CFO at Kamay Ventures. She has over 20 years of experience in digital business finance, consultancy, and tax planning across Latin America, with a background in financial leadership, process optimization, and project management. Her work includes analyzing profitability and investment models for new products, established brands, and digital solutions.

John Newkirk is an Investment Associate and Portfolio Manager at Kamay Ventures, a multi-corporate corporate venture capital fund operating across Latin America. Over three years, he has screened more than 700 early-stage startups, led five full due diligence processes, and supported 20 portfolio companies with fundraising strategy and operational guidance. He has also conducted exploratory sessions with corporate partners to identify strategic opportunities and develop pilot programs and commercial partnerships, while representing Kamay at industry events and accelerators across the region.
