Branden Fini is a Partner at Allumia Ventures, which he joined in 2019, focusing on healthcare technology and tech-enabled healthcare services. He previously worked at Transformation Capital, Strathspey Crown, and ShoutStore, where he led corporate development. Dan Galles is a Partner at Allumia Ventures, which he joined in 2015, focusing on healthcare information technology, healthcare services, and medical devices. He has more than 20 years of experience backing early- and growth-stage healthcare companies, previously serving as a partner at HLM Venture Partners, an associate at J.H. Whitney and Co., and an analyst in healthcare investment banking at Alex. Brown & Sons. He earned an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School and a BS in Economics from The Wharton School.

Christina Warner joined Allumia Ventures in 2024. She previously worked in healthcare private equity at Thomas H. Lee Partners in Boston and in the Consumer Retail Group at Barclays in New York City. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Political Science from Brown University.

Jen Lee joined Allumia Ventures in 2023, where she focuses on healthcare technology and tech-enabled healthcare services. She previously worked at the healthcare and technology private equity firm WCAS in New York and in the Media M&A group at Evercore. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Amber Hill is the project manager and senior executive assistant at Allumia Ventures, where she handles scheduling and team operations. She previously worked as an executive assistant at Madrona Venture Group and as a corporate operations assistant at F5 Networks, and earlier held roles in property and retail management focused on administration and operations.

Craig Slutzkin is the Chief Financial Officer of Allumia Ventures since 2024, overseeing finance, operations, compliance, and human resources. He also serves as COO and CFO of New Leaf Venture Partners, having previously worked at the Sprout Group and spent over seven years in audit and assurance at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. He holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BA in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College, and is a certified public accountant.
