Cool Japan Fund invests in domestic and international companies that spread the appeal of Japan to the world. Its focus spans Japanese content and entertainment, design rooted in tradition and innovation, food culture, seasonal environment and hospitality, and technology built by engineers and craftspeople. Through these investments the fund seeks to cultivate overseas demand for Japanese products and services, particularly across Asia and Southeast Asia, and to create new possibilities for Japan by delivering its distinctive values and culture to people worldwide.
