Investment thesis
Connexa Capital began in 2015 with its founding team and LPs investing in private companies via special purpose vehicles, drawing on their experience as founders and executives to partner with management teams. In 2023 the firm institutionalized this approach with its first committed venture capital fund targeting Seed to Series B investments. In 2025 it expanded into private equity, pursuing control buyouts of lower middle market services companies and working with a network of seasoned executives to drive operational improvements and long-term growth. The firm emphasizes competitiveness, teamwork, diversity, institutional discipline, and strong relationships.
