Chiba Dojo operates as both a venture capital fund and an entrepreneur community aimed at nurturing the next generation of founders under the motto 'Catch The Star.' Members share candid discussions under strict confidentiality and a spirit of generous giving, using 'healthy envy' to push one another to grow. Receiving investment from the Chiba Dojo Fund is a condition of joining the community. Since the community launched in 2015, many leading Japanese startups have participated, with six achieving IPOs and several reaching private valuations above 100 billion yen.
