He founded Semplus Corp., a deep tech company developing pressure-sensing and display technologies, and was a researcher at Stanford studying organic electronic materials for robotics applications.

Cheryl Cheng is a Managing Partner at M12 with 16 years of experience investing in early to growth stage software companies across healthcare, enterprise applications, and developer tools. She previously founded and led Vive Collective, an investment platform focused on healthcare, and served as a General Partner at BlueRun Ventures. Her earlier experience includes roles in brand management and marketing at The Clorox Company and The Sharper Image, as well as technology mergers and acquisitions at Broadview International.

James Wu is a partner at M12 based in the Bay Area, where he invests in business and infrastructure software across DevOps, data science, fintech, and cybersecurity, and manages growth-stage investments in existing portfolio companies. He previously worked at FTV Capital, a growth equity fund, and began his career in Jefferies' TMT group focused on M&A, debt, and equity transactions for software and internet companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics and accounting from UCLA.

Michael Stewart is a Managing Partner at M12, Microsoft's Venture Fund, where he leads thesis areas in generative AI, gaming, and systems, with interests spanning AI scaling infrastructure, video gaming experiences, and energy, semiconductor, and photonics technology for hyperscale compute. Peter Lenke is a Managing Partner at M12 leading investments in AI applications, developer tools, and enterprise software. Previously, he served as Head of Atlassian Ventures focusing on software ecosystem innovation, and held corporate development roles at Twitter and Criteo where he managed M&A transactions and technology integration. Earlier in his career, he was an investor at SVB Capital focused on early-stage software companies.

Todd Graham is a managing partner at M12 leading investments in cybersecurity, developer tools, and cloud infrastructure. He was previously VP at Venrock focused on early-stage enterprise infrastructure and security, led corporate strategy for Cisco's Security and Collaboration businesses (including the Duo Security acquisition), led product at VMware, and co-founded Bluenose Analytics and an earlier data loss prevention company acquired by RSA/EMC.
