At Noaber he began as an investment manager, later became director of Nextgen Ventures, and since 2023 has also been responsible for Noaber's investment activities. He works within an impact investing framework, aiming for both financial and social returns.

He previously worked at a public investment fund, which prepared him for healthtech investing. He works with entrepreneurs domestically and abroad to help develop their ventures.

Cofounder, CTO, and board member at AbCellera who co-invented the high-throughput microfluidic platform central to its antibody discovery. She previously served as COO from 2019 to 2025 and holds a PhD from the University of British Columbia.

Harm-Jan Wessels is co-founder and investor at Coforix, with 30 years of experience in the healthcare and software industries. He previously founded international businesses that were acquired by General Electric (Applicare) and Philips (Forcare), with domain expertise in digital imaging, electronic medical records, and artificial intelligence. He also works as an investor and board member.

Rudy Mareel is a Non-Executive Director at InnoCore Pharmaceuticals and serves on the boards of several other healthcare-related companies. His background spans strategic planning, operational management, and change leadership in senior healthcare roles, with experience across medical nutrition, medical and pharmaceutical distribution, in vivo and in vitro diagnostics, medical technology, and generic and biosimilar drug development and marketing. He also has experience in governance and sustainability.
