She is a CPA with bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from Michigan State University.

Christina Drake is a Partner at Renaissance Venture Capital Fund, where she focuses on connecting venture funds across the U.S. with Michigan-based startups. She previously worked for six years as an investment advisor to non-profit institutions holding $6 billion in assets, emphasizing diverse asset managers, and spent seven years at hedge fund Bridgewater Associates.

Jeffrey Rinvelt is a Partner at Renaissance Venture Capital, having been with the firm since its founding. He focuses on identifying venture capital funds for investment and bringing new capital to Michigan, and sits on the advisory boards of several funds in which Renaissance has invested. He has held leadership roles across Michigan's venture ecosystem, including serving as Chair of the State's Early Stage Venture Investment Board and as Chair of the Michigan Venture Capital Association.

Jessica Ives is Chief Administrative Officer at Renaissance Venture Capital, where she oversees office operations, marketing, financing, and business development support. She previously worked as an analyst in the IT Talent Systems Department of the Workforce Development Agency and on the MEDC's Talent Enhancement Division Escalated Services Team.
