Bruce Simpson is co-founder of AgeTech Capital, a venture and impact fund investing in AI solutions addressing healthcare, financial wellness, independent living, and caregiving for adults over 50. He serves as senior advisor to McKinsey's Health Institute and previously led McKinsey's ESG/Purpose practice globally, serving as managing director of McKinsey Canada and 12-year board member. Simpson also advises sustainability-focused startups Tomorrow.io and Re:Co, was former CEO of the Stephen A. Schwarzman Foundation, and has contributed to multiple board positions including Signal 49 Research, Human Rights Watch, and Sick Children's Hospital.

Lyne Landry is founding and managing partner of AgeTech Capital. She brings over 20 years of professional experience in impact investing, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity across global markets.

Sarah Thomas is Chief Executive Officer at MezTal. She advises large corporations, think tanks, accelerators, investors, and technology startups on opportunities in the aging and longevity sectors, with particular focus on product-market fit, regulatory environments, reimbursement, and fundraising strategy. Thomas also serves as a venture partner and keynote speaker on aging-related topics.

Barbara Stymiest is a corporate director with extensive experience in Canada's financial services sector, including senior leadership roles at Royal Bank and BMO Capital Markets, and oversight of TMX Group's transformation and 2002 initial public offering. Her early career included financial services consulting at EY LLP focused on the securities industry, complemented by board service with banking and securities trade associations. She currently serves as director at Health Data Research Network Canada and holds board positions in healthcare and aging organizations, including the University Health Network and AGEWELL, while contributing to governance research including the TMX/ICD report on Canadian corporate governance.

Dr. Ira Sobel is the founder and academic director of Longevity Academy and has built a career spanning financial consulting, academia, entrepreneurship, and executive roles, with a focus on longevity planning and finance in Israel and internationally. She serves on boards of leading financial institutions and participates in forums including the World Economic Forum. Her work addresses the intersection of aging populations, financial planning, and the longevity economy.

François Gratton serves as Executive Chair at Valley Fiber Ltd. and brings over 20 years of technology industry experience, including a tenure with TELUS' executive leadership team where he oversaw global teams managing innovative technology portfolios. His background encompasses strategy development and the creation of new business lines across telecommunications and technology sectors.

Guthrie Stewart serves as an Advisory Committee Member at A2 Partners and brings experience across multiple sectors including mobile and international telecommunications, private equity, and corporate governance. He has held executive positions in telecom companies, led global private investing operations for a major pension fund, and served as a partner at a mid-market private equity firm. Stewart holds a certified executive coach credential from Columbia University, began his career as a corporate lawyer, and has taught MBA-level courses in acquisitions and finance at McGill Desautels.

John Sieb is Business Head and Chief Operating Officer of Long-Term Care at Prudential Financial, a position he has held since 2016. He has spent his entire career at Prudential since 1987, progressing through senior finance and controllership roles before serving as Chief Financial Officer of U.S. Businesses Customer Office and Vice President of Planning and Analysis for Corporate Management Reporting. His experience spans business leadership, financial planning and analysis, business strategy, talent development, and transformation initiatives.

Pascale Audette is President and CEO of The YMCAs of Quebec. With more than 25 years of business leadership experience in business and community organizations, Audette focuses on building committed teams, managing organizational change, and developing workplace culture centered on engagement. Her expertise spans strategic planning, operational management, and expansion across local, national, and international markets.

Thomas Wellner is Founder and Managing Partner of RecapHealth Ventures, which invests in seed to series C companies across Canada, the US, and Europe, with portfolio companies including Alayacare, Alida, League, and PocketPills. He previously served as President and Managing Partner of TELUS Ventures and held positions as a partner in private equity and co-founder of a venture capital fund. Wellner's career spans enterprise software entrepreneurship, corporate venture capital, and advisory roles with Canadian technology and social impact organizations.
