With two decades of leadership experience at DSM and Avantium, he advises founders and executives on strategy, financing, and execution, having worked with companies including Kaffe Bueno, Qorium, Vertoro, and DMC Biotechnologies. Lubben serves as Venture Partner at Brightlands Venture Partners and as an advisor to European deep tech startups.

Carmel van den Berk is a Principal at Brightlands Venture Partners (BVP), where she focuses on early-stage HealthTech and MedTech investments in Seed and Series A companies across Europe. She previously worked as an operator in structural heart MedTech, as a venture and growth healthtech investor at MTIP, and as a healthcare strategist.

His background includes general management and international marketing roles, with experience across the food and agriculture sector at companies including Nutriad, Nutreco, and Champetit, where he developed business strategies and organizational structures in transitioning markets.

Floris Onvlee joined Rabo Investments in February 2018 and focuses on Fintech Series A and B investments as well as strategic corporate venturing activities. Before joining the corporate venturing team in February 2022, he worked in the Fund and Co-Investment Team, where he developed the Impact investment strategy and the VC portfolio, serving on advisory boards and as an IC member. He began his career in 2010 as a Corporate Management Trainee, gaining experience across business control and financial markets.
