Cordiant focuses on mission-critical infrastructure and real assets, targeting sectors entering expansionary phases such as digital infrastructure, energy transition infrastructure, and agriculture value chains. Following a 'Build and Grow' philosophy, it deploys control-oriented capital in both equity and credit to scale mid-market platforms driven by supply/demand imbalances, policy-led transformation, security-of-supply priorities, and technological modernisation.
