Jeremy Coller is Chairman of the Board at Aeven. He brings over 20 years of executive experience in telecommunications, datacom, and hosting industries, along with more than 15 years in private investments and mergers and acquisitions. Coller has founded and co-founded multiple companies, executed several M&A transactions, and holds various board memberships, with involvement in property investment and development.

Gal Hayut co-founded Bridges Israel in 2018 with Sandrine Montsma and Ran Grodecki. Previously, Gal was Managing Director of The Portland Trust's Tel Aviv office, a Partner at Apax focusing on Israeli technology investments, and represented Azini Capital, a secondary private equity investor, in Israel. Earlier roles included R&D project management at Orbotech and executive positions at Eli Lilly and IBM. Gal holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science Engineering from the Technion and an MBA from INSEAD.

Sandrine Montsma is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Bridges Israel Ltd., an impact investment fund that invests in Israeli businesses to generate financial returns alongside measurable social impact. She has 24 years of international senior management experience, including 18 years as a CEO and board member of small and medium-sized companies. She also serves on the board of governors of The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Renana Shvartzvald is Chief Strategy Officer at ECOncrete, with prior experience in impact investing and venture capital, including a partner role at Bridges focused on climate-tech investments and fund impact strategy, and a position as Head of ESG & Impact at Vital Capital. She has contributed to impact measurement and management standards through the advisory board of the Impact Management Project and mentoring in Wharton's Turner MIINT program. She holds an M.A. in Environmental Policy from the Porter School of Environmental Studies at Tel Aviv University and a director and senior executive diploma from the Coller School of Management.

Yossi Sela has been with Gemini since its 1993 founding and is a longtime figure in Israeli venture capital, having served on boards of numerous portfolio companies including JFrog, Weka.io and Outbrain and driven investments in firms such as Allot Communications, PrimeSense and Adap.tv. Before Gemini he was VP of Marketing at DSP Group and later DSPC, and he holds a BSc from the Technion and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
