Alex Cornell is an interface designer, filmmaker, and musician who previously served as Director of Product Design for Generative AI at Meta. In 2011 he cofounded Firespotter Labs, where he was creative director and design lead on products including UberConference, Nosh, NoshList, and Jotly, and in 2014 he founded Moonbase, which produced startup promotional videos. A graduate of Duke University, he apprenticed under Scott Hansen (ISO50/Tycho) and published a book with Princeton Architectural Press in 2012.
