Investment thesis
Wasabi Ventures invests in startups and offers those deals to accredited investors (partners) via its WVP platform. It only offers investments that have strong lead investors, and since Wasabi Ventures co-invests in every deal offered, the full due diligence package is shared with partners before they commit. Each deal goes through a triple-vetting process aimed at risk mitigation and avoiding adverse security selection, and partners select which opportunities fit their individual portfolios and then monitor and manage those holdings through the platform.
