Mike Gamson co-founded Permanent Capital Ventures after a 20+ year career as an operator and investor. He was CEO of AI biotechnology company Evozyne and of legal tech company Relativity, and spent 11 years on LinkedIn's executive team leading a 5,000+ person global sales organization. He is also an active angel investor and serves on several nonprofit boards.

Brian Frank is a Partner at Permanent Capital Ventures working on platform, investing, and operating support for founders. His background spans corporate law, finance, and sales, including running Revenue Operations at LinkedIn, serving as COO at Cameo, and founding agricultural AI robotics company Farm-Hand.AI.

Jessie Abrams began her early-stage investing career at Valor Equity Partners before taking a corporate development and strategy role at travel platform Hopper, and previously worked as a hedge fund investor at GCM Grosvenor. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Wenz Xing has held both operating and investing roles focused on enterprise software, including as an Associate at Emergence Capital investing in Series A/B enterprise software, Business Operations at Regal, and an Associate role at Bullpen Capital, with earlier time on Cloudflare's Special Projects team. He holds an Economics degree from the University of Chicago.

Ivaldo Basso has about thirty years of alternative investment experience, including serving as CFO of GCM Grosvenor. Earlier he was a senior manager at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen, lectured on operational risk at the University of Chicago and Northwestern, and is a CPA.

Executive Assistant at Permanent Capital supporting the leadership team and daily operations, with nearly two decades of experience assisting senior executives, including prior roles at GTCR and GCM Grosvenor. She previously worked in hospitality and corporate events.

Rosi Bodnar has over 20 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting C-suite leaders in investment banking, internet, legal technology, and biotech. She has supported Founding Managing Partner Mike Gamson since 2012 across LinkedIn, Relativity, Evozyne, and now Permanent Capital Ventures, and holds a marketing degree from Purdue University.
