Farley has held senior roles at investment firms including ARTA Investment Partners in Kyiv, Citibank (managing a $14 billion obligation portfolio in Germany), Boston Consulting Group, and Dialogue Capital hedge fund in New York. He previously served as finance and operations director of a Prague-based distressed real estate fund. He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a bachelor's degree from UCLA.
