Her background includes roles as an investment manager at Italian Angels for Growth, an innovation specialist at Intesa Sanpaolo Bank supporting high-tech startups, and research and program coordination positions at the Kauffman Foundation and Mind the Bridge Foundation in the United States.

Luís Roque is cofounder of Nixar, an influencer-marketing platform for fashion brands, and founder and partner of ZAAI, an AI consultancy serving retail, cybersecurity, fintech, and manufacturing sectors. He holds the position of Vice President of Data and AI at Marley Spoon, where he applies machine learning and data science to business operations and customer experience. Roque holds a Ph.D. in AI and has previously cofounded HUUB, which was acquired by Maersk, and is the author of Deep Learning for Time Series Cookbook.

Carol Hilsum is Senior Director of Product for Commerce at commercetools. She brings over twenty years of experience in consumer and consumer technology, having held senior roles in commercial, technology, data, and customer experience at Topshop, Farfetch, and Net-A-Porter across organizations ranging from seed stage to post-IPO. At Farfetch, she led corporate ventures and open innovation strategy, overseeing investments in over 40 startups and three acquisitions, and founded Assembly Ventures, an angel group and growth platform supporting early-stage consumer startups in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors.

Ilya Golubovich is a founding partner at I2BF Global Ventures, an international venture capital firm managing over $500 million in assets. The firm focuses on early-stage technology investments across frontier tech, digital transformation, and content industries, with a portfolio of more than 100 companies.
