He joined GF in 2014 to run its Fab 8 wafer manufacturing facility, and previously held leadership roles at Soraa, Ausra, Novellus Systems, and IBM's Microelectronics division. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees and a doctorate in Materials Science and Engineering from Columbia University and a physics degree from St. Lawrence University.
