He previously worked at advisory firms including Bansi Mehta, Dhruva Advisors, and PwC, and at venture capital fund Orios Venture Partners handling investment advisory, fund compliance, and operations before joining Blue Ashva.

Gauri Thakur is an Assistant Operations Manager at Blue Ashva Capital, specializing in Alternative Investment Fund and Portfolio Management Services operations. Her responsibilities include investor onboarding, KYC and documentation review, regulatory compliance reporting, transaction processing, and coordination with custodians, brokers, and fund accounting teams.

Himanshu Wagh is an Investment Analyst in Private Markets and PE at Blue Ashva Capital focused on deep tech. Previously, he worked as a Corporate Strategy Analyst at Aditya Birla Group, where he conducted sector analysis and financial modeling for investments across automotive, TMT, consumer durables, and real estate. He holds a Chartered Accountant certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor's in Commerce (Honors) from Hansraj College.

Paresh Trivedi is a chemical engineer (B.E.) with over 36 years of experience. He spent more than 30 years at Reliance Industries Ltd., where he was part of the core technical team that established its refinery in Jamnagar, Gujarat, and led several technology initiatives. He has also worked in the rubber, fertilizer, and specialty polymer industries at BP Chemicals, GFL Ltd., Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd., and Chembond Polymers and Materials Ltd., and is a BEE-qualified energy auditor.
