John C. Lo is a managing partner at Recharge Capital, where he focuses on investing in and building financial infrastructure and businesses. He serves as CEO of Size, a digital assets service platform, and director of RDF Labs, and was previously a founding member and contributor to the SushiSwap exchange protocol. He began his career as a machine learning engineer and researched dockerizing Intel SGX deployments for secure transaction execution, and holds an S.B. in computer science and statistics with an economics minor from Harvard University.

He previously held investment roles at Tusk Ventures, Argo Ventures, and Providence Equity Partners, started in leveraged finance investment banking at Jefferies, and is a licensed CPA.

Margaret Wang is a managing partner at Recharge Capital, where she invests in and builds value-chain aligned businesses along the firm's investment themes, and serves as CEO of Rhea, a reproductive health company incubated by Recharge Capital that focuses on the fertility market. She previously headed Bridgewater Associates' Singapore office, led the Product Partnerships team at Squarespace, and began her career in finance at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch. She holds an AB in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Jasmine Jia is Head of Tokenization Ecosystem at Fidelity Digital Assets Management, where she focuses on investment product strategies and digital asset trading. She holds an MBA from Wharton and brings 18 years of financial services industry experience, with expertise in Web3.0 infrastructure and securities tokenization. She also leads the Wharton Digital Assets Club.

Lawrence Wu is a Principal at Recharge Capital, where he works on investment sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management, and operations development across the firm's venture capital and private equity teams. Before joining Recharge, he spent six years at Ernst & Young, most recently as a Manager in M&A Consulting advising on buy-side and sell-side transactions in financial services. He is a licensed CPA and CFA Charterholder, serves on the CFA Los Angeles Society's Fintech and ESG Advisory Councils, and holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Washington.

Wizz Zhao is Chief of Staff and Analytics at Recharge Capital, where he works on portfolio and operational management and strategic opportunities within the firm's thematic investment strategies. He previously served as CEO Assistant at CMC Pictures, working on corporate management, strategic investments and film fund management, and earlier worked at Primavera Capital Group on private equity and venture capital investments. He holds an A.B. in Statistics from Harvard University.
