Carlos Blanco is chairman and CEO of Encomenda Capital Partners, a venture capital firm based in Barcelona. He is a serial entrepreneur since 1996 who has founded or co-founded multiple companies including Akamon, Housfy, and Nuclio, a venture builder and school for founders. Blanco has served as a business angel investor in over 85 startups and holds leadership positions at several accelerators and industry organizations, while also teaching and speaking at major business schools and universities.

Jacobo Wirz is a partner at Encomenda Capital Partners SGEIC, where he evaluates early-stage companies and supports founders. He is co-founder of Entre Mareas EM90, a private club for entrepreneurs that organizes ten annual gatherings, and represents the fifth generation of leadership at Hijos de Rivera, a century-old family business.

Carlos Buenosvinos is VP of Software and Data Development at IFCO Systems with over 20 years of software development experience and 15+ years leading technical teams across e-commerce, fintech, supply chain, and other sectors. He has held roles including Tech Lead, VP of Engineering, CTO, and CEO at startups and multinational companies, and operates a consulting firm, Rigor Guild, serving clients including eBay and PCComponentes. He created Ansistrano, an open-source Ansible deployment tool, authored two technical books on domain-driven design and CQRS, organized PHP Barcelona and DevOps Barcelona conferences, and maintains a video blog on development practices.

Marc Vicente is Managing Director of InPost Iberia, overseeing operations in Spain and Portugal for the out-of-home delivery and logistics provider. He brings over 15 years of experience across digital ecosystems, retail, e-commerce, marketplaces, and logistics, with expertise in omnichannel strategy, operations, sales, and marketplace platforms. Vicente also advises and invests in startups and venture capital firms.

Miguel Planas has founded and led multiple technology companies since 1993, beginning with roles in automotive manufacturing for multinational firms before transitioning to the technology sector. In 2004, he founded Near (later Necsia), a cybersecurity and digitalization company, and in 2010 established IRIS Venture Builder, which has incubated several B2B technology ventures including Nubalia, a cloud integration firm; Tranxfer, a secure file transfer platform; and UCloud, a Google technology integrator operating across 20 countries. Through IRIS, Planas currently oversees additional companies focused on cybersecurity consulting, document management security, and artificial intelligence training.

Telmo Pérez serves as CEO of Infrastructure and Chief Innovation & Digital Officer at ACCIONA. He brings over 20 years of experience in technology management across internet, telecommunications, renewable energy, infrastructure, and mobility sectors, with expertise in strategy, innovation, corporate venturing, and M&A activities. Pérez has developed and launched multiple technology-focused business units and maintains involvement in the startup ecosystem as an early-stage investor and venture capital board member.

Toni Raurich is co-founder and president of eBooking.com and a general partner at traveltech.vc. He holds board positions and has previously served on the boards of CaixaBank, Booking.com, Wallapop, and Adevinta. His background includes a PhD in econometrics, an MBA from IESE, and a master's degree in mathematics and statistics, along with teaching experience as a professor of AI at ISDI.

Christophe Canler is an independent board member and advisory board member with over 30 years of experience in executive and board-level roles across European and American financial institutions, including GE Capital, ICF, and Crédit Andorrà. His expertise spans governance, compliance, risk management, regulatory implementation (MIFID II, Basel III, GDPR, AML directives), and digital transformation in retail, corporate, and commercial banking. Since 2012, he has served as an investor, advisor, and board administrator in venture capital funds and technology startups, and currently holds a position on the Management Board at Encomenda Capital Partners SGEIC.

Georgina Icart is a Communications & Marketing Coordinator at Encomenda Capital Partners SGEIC. She holds a degree in International Business & Marketing from ESCI-UPF.

Jan Oñate is a Portfolio Manager at Encomenda Capital Partners SGEIC, a €55 million AuM venture capital firm investing in technology-driven startups across Southern Europe. His responsibilities span portfolio management and post-investment execution, including founder engagement, board participation, and follow-on investment decisions, alongside fund operations such as financial modeling, investor reporting, and regulatory compliance with the CNMV.

Laura Otto is an investment analyst at Encomenda Capital Partners and a student of business management and technology at La Salle BCN. She has experience in market research, startup evaluation, and ecosystem relationship building within the venture capital space.

Mario Brassesco is a Venture Partner and Investment Committee Member at Encomenda Capital Partners SGEIC. He has experience across venture capital operations including dealflow management for multiple acceleration programs, fundraising support for early-stage startups totaling over €3 million across more than 20 companies, and direct participation in launching two venture builders. His background also includes investment analysis and portfolio management, having evaluated over 7,000 companies and invested in more than 60 startups across personal angel investments and institutional funds.
