CM Venture connects corporate innovation teams with relevant startups through a 12-month paid program based in its Yangpu riverside office in Shanghai. Drawing on the team's scientific backgrounds, 16 years of local experience, and evaluation of over 8,000 startups, the firm helps corporates define challenge statements, source and assess emerging technologies, select founders, and run workshops to drive industry collaboration. The program includes a dedicated showcase space, occasional use of the 1,700-square-meter office spanning an entire 18th floor, and two full 12-week open innovation programs per year. It operates as part of the broader CM Venture platform, which includes its portfolio companies and the Innovation China initiative.
