She previously served as President of the Jagran Group, overseeing its print, radio, digital, and outdoor businesses, and spent about a decade as CEO of the Radio City FM network. Earlier in her career she worked at Bennett Coleman & Company, Zee Telefilms (where she handled Zee TV's re-launch and launched the Zoom channel), and founded the media buying agency Lodestar in 1995. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics and a PGDM from IIM Bangalore.
