Abhi Chaki works on strategic investments for ADP Ventures, with a background in technology investing. He was previously a managing member at Chinar Capital, a family office-backed investment firm, and before that a general partner at Sage Capital, an India-focused private equity fund. He started his career as an analyst at research firm Jupiter Communications, where he was part of the founding team that took the company public. Sam Nasser is a founding team member and director at ADP Ventures, where he focuses on future-of-work investments spanning fintech, AI, and workplace innovation. He joined the original team that launched ADP's corporate venture arm in 2023, and previously worked in strategy and innovation roles at Capital One and Fiserv, with earlier experience in microfinance. Shawn Jung is principal and lead investor at ADP Ventures, where he shapes the firm's investment strategy and leads investments across the HCM space and broader ADP ecosystem, drawing on more than 15 years across venture capital, private equity, and entrepreneurship. He previously was a partner at Activant Capital, a vice president at TPG Sixth Street Partners, and part of the investment team at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, and began his career in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He also helped launch immersive media startup AmazeVR, and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Veni Dhir is a director at ADP Ventures, where she focuses on investments across enterprise software, AI, and the future of work, and was a founding member of ADP's corporate venture fund. Her prior experience spans private equity, M&A, and corporate development, including leadership roles at Nextdoor, a founding team role at Explorer Acquisitions, and investing positions at Industrial Growth Partners and Palladium Equity Partners, with earlier work at Morgan Stanley AIP and Houlihan Lokey. Amaury Peltier leads ADP Ventures Labs, where he directs the incubation of new products in HCM and adjacent areas, and also serves as ADP's Head of Crypto. He previously held the role of Senior Director, Strategy & Operations for Global Product & Technology at ADP, and before that was Chief of Staff to the CEO of Genpact and later worked on its corporate strategy team, with earlier experience in strategy consulting at EY. He earned a Master of Science in Engineering and Computer Science from ESIEA in France.

Aru Raavi is a director and founding team member at ADP Ventures, where she focuses on investments across AI, data infrastructure, and the future of work. Before ADP, she invested in early-stage SaaS and workforce technology at Owl Ventures and GSV Ventures, and earlier worked at BCG and in startup go-to-market and enterprise sales roles. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in mathematics.

Ava Johnson is head of marketing for ADP Ventures, the corporate venture capital and incubation arm of ADP, where she works on go-to-market strategy, positioning, and execution across investments and portfolio growth. She previously served as head of marketing strategy for ADP Employee Financial Services, leading the Wisely rebrand and a digital-first strategy, and has held marketing leadership roles at Citi, JPMorgan Chase, American Express, Deloitte, and Mastercard. She holds a Bachelor of Science from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a master's degree from New York University.

Roberto "Beto" Dias is head of engineering at ADP Ventures, with over 20 years of experience in technology and innovation. He leads cross-functional teams across AI, product, and engineering, and has previously held roles including principal data scientist, software architect, and chief technology officer of a food-tech startup. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and an MBA in IT Management, and holds multiple AI-related patents.

Hashim Ibrahim works in venture and product building with over a decade of experience across strategy, technology, and business creation, focusing on incubating and accelerating digital and AI-driven businesses. He previously worked at Boston Consulting Group Digital Ventures (now BCG X), where he led cross-functional teams helping Fortune 500 companies build new businesses in fintech, healthcare, and enterprise software, and earlier worked on cloud strategy and digital transformation at Microsoft. He holds a BS in mechanical engineering and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Isabel Izquierdo is the VP of partnerships and platform at ADP Ventures, where she leads work connecting portfolio companies with ADP's internal business units and investment team to pilot and scale technologies. Before ADP she was a consultant at Boston Consulting Group advising Fortune 500 companies on growth strategy and digital transformation, and earlier led technology transformation projects in the insurance sector in Ecuador. She holds an MBA from NYU Stern, a master's in management from ESSEC Business School, and a bachelor's in business administration from the University of Navarra.

Jeremiah Johnson is a senior lead product manager at ADP Ventures, where he works on product and integration strategy across the portfolio and helps portfolio companies integrate with ADP's ecosystem. Having previously worked at ADP as well as high-growth startups and mid-sized technology firms, he held product and transformation roles at companies including LiveRamp. He holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering and is pursuing an MBA at Purdue's Daniels School of Business.

Sadrish Acharya is an Investments Analyst at ADP Ventures, where he sources and evaluates opportunities, conducts diligence, and helps portfolio companies work within the ADP ecosystem. Originally from Nepal, he moved to the U.S. in 2011 and graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA in computer science. His prior experience spans finance and technology through roles at Commonfund, Lincoln International, and Sizer Technologies.

Sherry Li is head of platform at ADP Ventures, where she works on building support programs for portfolio companies. She previously held roles at SAP focused on strategic partnerships, international expansion, and business acceleration, and most recently led SAP.iO New York, SAP's startup accelerator. Earlier she worked at the Nasdaq Stock Exchange helping private companies in the U.S. and Asia go public, and she holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
