On Saturday, @FedEx truck hit the car my wife and daughter were in. Our car was seriously damaged and after 48 hours we still haven’t heard from @FedEx for claim support. Incredibly frustrating experience that has left us in serious logistical issues. Do better @FedEx @FedExHelp
