Liam Horne

Liam Horne is an English-born, Canadian-raised software engineer and entrepreneur who studied Computer Science at the University of Waterloo before dropping out to start a company. He has spent much of his career building Ethereum scaling technology, including state channels and the Optimism Layer 2 project (whose OP Stack underlies Coinbase's Base), and later focused on stablecoins. He is currently building Tempo, a payments-focused L1 blockchain.
