Ottar Mobley is Chief Deployment Officer at Launch Alaska, where he leads the deployment team working with climate tech companies, community organizations, and infrastructure owners to implement decarbonization solutions across Alaska's energy, industry, and transportation sectors. He holds a B.S. in Sociology and Anthropology from Millsaps College, a Master's in Archaeology from the University of Cambridge, and an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. His background spans social science, public policy, entrepreneurship, aviation security and counterterrorism, and renewable energy infrastructure, and he has served as a City Councilman and Vice-Mayor in Thorne Bay, Alaska.
