She focuses on building infrastructure and culture within builder communities, and offers fractional, interim, and advisory services in AI ecosystem strategy and platform development.

Hamlet Azarian is a Venture Partner and Growth Advisor at Untapped Ventures, supporting portfolio founders on customer discovery, positioning, go-to-market strategy, and growth execution. He has over 20 years of experience helping venture-backed B2B and B2C companies scale, with expertise in customer acquisition, marketing systems, funnel optimization, and revenue generation. He is also the Founder and CEO of Azarian Growth Agency, a consultancy for technology companies whose clients have raised more than $250M in funding.

Dani Tao is a Marketing Coordinator at Untapped Ventures, where she supports the firm's marketing across social media, content production, sourcing campaigns, website management, and brand execution. She has a multimedia design background spanning brand identity, UI/UX, digital content, print, video, and web. She holds a Bachelor of Information Technology in Interactive Multimedia and Design from Carleton University.

Jonah Sklar is a Technical Advisor at Untapped Ventures, where he supports early-stage deal evaluation, investment research, and sourcing across AI and autonomous systems. He is an MBA candidate at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business focusing on entrepreneurship, venture capital, and technology commercialization. He also serves as a Venture Fellow at NFX and a Venture Capital Fellow at Berkeley SkyDeck.

Shant Meguerditchian leads marketing, community, and platform at Untapped Ventures, where he builds the firm's content, events, partnerships, and founder-sourcing and investor communications systems. He launched Untapped's podcast, Agentic, and runs events connecting AI founders, operators, LPs, and investors. Before Untapped, he founded and sold a software consultancy and held marketing and business development roles at early-stage startups.

Siva Kumar Thota is an AI Engineer at Untapped Ventures, where he designs and implements AI systems to support the firm's internal operations, workflows, and decision-making. He has a product and engineering background spanning AI product development, agent infrastructure, fintech, security, and payments, and has built AI-native tools for agent orchestration and workflow automation. He is a graduate of Dartmouth's Thayer School of Engineering.

Tripp Doll is a Venture Associate and lead investor at Untapped Ventures, working with General Partner George Bandarian on sourcing, diligence, portfolio support, and fund operations at the pre-seed and seed stages, with a focus on AI-native companies. He previously served as Chief of Staff at Ferret, an AI relationship intelligence and due diligence platform, and earlier worked at Pitchbook Data. He holds a Master's in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's in Applied Economics & Business from the University of Oregon.

Ulises Ceja is a Venture Associate at Untapped Ventures, where he works on founder sourcing, investment diligence, portfolio support, and fund operations. Before joining the firm, he spent about eight years across enterprise sales, startup growth, and venture-backed technology, advising VC-backed B2B and AI software founders on go-to-market strategy and commercial execution. He is a graduate of Yale University and focuses on evaluating emerging AI categories.
