Aparna Bharadwaj is a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group, where she leads the Global Advantage practice and is part of the leadership team of BCG's Center for Geopolitics. He previously worked at Roland Berger GmbH as a Senior Partner in the Paris Global Investor Support Group.

Carsten Schaetzberger is a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group and global leader of its Industrial Goods practice. He joined BCG in 2003, working in the Cologne and Detroit offices before Stuttgart, and advises automotive, aerospace, and industrial clients on transformation, cost optimization, and digital transformation. Before BCG he was a researcher at the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering and worked at TÜV Rheinland Japan and BAE Systems in the UK.

David Martin leads Boston Consulting Group's global People & Organization practice, advising clients on organizational design, talent management, culture, change management, and HR technology. As part of BCG's GenAI leadership team, he has helped expand the firm's generative AI offerings across more than 400 clients, with industry experience spanning technology, media, and telecommunications. He previously worked as a software engineer at Credit Suisse and as a product manager and software engineer at a financial services startup, and holds an MBA and a BA from Duke University.

Deborah Lovich is a Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group with over 30 years of experience advising CEOs and boards on enterprise transformation, operating model redesign, and AI-enabled ways of working. Her work focuses on helping organizations improve labor productivity, service quality, and leadership effectiveness through behavioral science and operating model changes, with particular experience in retail, consumer, healthcare, financial services, and industrial sectors. Lovich is a Future of Work fellow, speaker, and contributor to Harvard Business Review and Forbes.

Dylan Bolden is a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group, serving on the Executive Committee and as Chair of Applied AI, Partnerships, and Functional Practices, where he leads the firm's AI transformation efforts. With over two decades of experience, he advises clients on enterprise AI transformations and corporate strategy topics including M&A, post-merger integration, branding, pricing, and loyalty, and has deep experience in the restaurant and hospitality sector. He co-created BCG's Demand Centric Growth approach, previously led DigitalBCG in North America and the Dallas office, and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a chemical engineering degree from Florida State University.

Fanny Potier is a board member of the INSEAD Alumni Association France with a background in People & Leadership Strategy consulting at BCG. She provides executive coaching focused on organizational transformation and works as a sculptor. Potier has advised companies on strategic change initiatives with emphasis on human-centered approaches.

Hubertus Meinecke leads Boston Consulting Group's Global Climate & Sustainability Practice and has been part of the firm's leadership team since 2009. Since joining BCG in 1996, he has held roles including head of the Industrial Goods practice (from 2013) and leader of the firm's business in Western Europe, South America, and Africa (from 2017), and has worked in BCG's Boston, London, and Johannesburg offices. Jim Larson joined Boston Consulting Group in 2004 and is a core member of its Health Care and Social Impact practices. He has worked across BCG's Washington DC, Mumbai, and Seattle offices, focusing on health care and global public health, and leads the firm's partnership with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Before BCG, he worked on economic and health policy at Harvard University, where he earned an AB in economics.

Joerg Hildebrandt leads the global Public Sector practice at Boston Consulting Group, where he advises senior leaders and board members of government entities on strategic transformations. He works on large-scale transformations, strategy, climate and environment, operating models, digitization, marketing, organizational design, governance, and change management, and has also supported nonprofits and NGOs. He holds a degree in business administration and engineering from the University of Stuttgart.

Julia Dhar is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group, where she co-founded the firm's Behavioral Science Lab and leads the People & Organization Practice for North America. She has advised government agencies and private sector clients across industries including airlines, energy, and telecommunications on behavior change initiatives, and is the co-author of "How Change Really Works" and "The Decision-Maker's Playbook." Justin Dean leads within Boston Consulting Group's Energy practice, with three decades of experience in the power and utility sector, and oversees BCG North America's Mid-Atlantic System (Washington DC, Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Pittsburgh offices). He sits on BCG's Global Executive Committee and works across the utility value chain, including electric and gas utility strategy/M&A, field operations, distributed energy resources, large-scale renewables, and energy access. Kanchan Samtani founded and leads Boston Consulting Group's Principal Investors & Private Equity practice in India and its Corporate Finance & Strategy practice across Asia Pacific, and sits on BCG's global Executive Committee. She joined the firm in 2001 and works with private equity funds, investors, and global organizations on M&A, transactions, post-merger support, corporate finance, and portfolio value creation. Mai-Britt Poulsen leads Boston Consulting Group's global Consumer practice and sits on the firm's global executive committee. She previously served as BCG's managing partner for the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Belgium, and as the firm's global chief of staff, with two decades of consulting experience focused on consumer goods, large-scale transformation, and go-to-market strategy. Mark Abraham is the global leader of Boston Consulting Group's Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice. He founded BCG's personalization business, growing it into a team of marketers, data scientists, engineers, and marketing technology specialists, and has worked across Europe, North America, and Asia. He coauthored the book "Personalized: Customer Strategy in the Age of AI" and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a BA in business studies from Oxford Brookes University.

Matteo Coppola is the global practice leader for Risk & Compliance at Boston Consulting Group, focusing on areas such as credit risk, compliance, cybersecurity, climate risk, scenario planning, and operational resilience across multiple industries and regions. He has led complex transformation programs at banks and insurers and works with regulators and central banks, with additional emphasis on ESG programs, sustainability, and climate-related finance. Before joining BCG in 2007, he was Director of Centralized Sales at HSBC in the US, and he established BCG's Risk Management & Compliance team in Milan. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in mechanical engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan.

Matthias Tauber leads Boston Consulting Group's operations across Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa, and serves on BCG's management team in Europe. His client work centers on large-scale change programs in the building materials, metals and mining, and chemicals industries, including digital transformations, cost optimizations, M&A, and postmerger integrations. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in engineering from Vienna University of Technology.

Mel Wolfgang is a member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods practice leadership team and North American management team, and co-leads the firm's North American change management work. Olivier Bouffault is the global leader of Boston Consulting Group's Operations practice. Until December 2025, he led BCG X for the EMESA region and headed AI and analytics globally within the Operations practice. He focuses on AI- and analytics-driven transformations in supply chain, manufacturing, and travel, and co-leads the KLM-BCG partnership for digital operations in airlines. He holds a master of science in finance from HEC Paris.

Patrick Dupoux is a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group who opened the firm's Casablanca office in 2010 after working in BCG's Paris office from 2001 on energy, industrial goods, corporate finance, and public sector assignments. He formerly headed BCG's Africa system and now leads the firm's Public Sector and Social Impact practices in Africa, focusing on economic development for African governments and development institutions. Before BCG, he worked with Suez Water in Argentina, in project finance at BNP Paribas, and with the World Bank; he holds an MBA from INSEAD and an engineering MSc from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.

Paul Tranter is the chief financial officer of Boston Consulting Group and a member of its Executive and Operating Committees, with responsibilities that include the firm's biannual global partner meetings and the Global Marketing Committee. Since joining BCG in 1998, he has advised CEOs and senior executives on large transformations across industries such as energy, travel and tourism, consumer, and industrial goods. He was involved in establishing the Australian airline Jetstar, serving as its CFO until launch, and previously managed his family's dairy-farming business. Romain de Laubier is the Asia-Pacific regional chair and insurance node for BCG X, and leads BCG's worldwide digital strategy and AI work. He joined BCG in 2006 and has advised clients across consumer goods, technology, telecommunications, insurance, banking, and industrial goods, focusing on data analytics, digital transformation, cost reduction, and turnaround. Before BCG, he worked as a financial analyst at Calyon in New York, and holds an economics degree from HEC and a DEA in economics and finance from Université Paris Dauphine.

Sylvain Duranton leads BCG X, the firm's tech build and design unit, working with large organizations on strategic and digital initiatives. He has overseen the implementation of AI and analytics solutions for companies internationally. Trained as a mathematician, he holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc from École Polytechnique and MINES Paris Tech.

Tawfik Hammoud is Chief Client Officer and Industry Practices Chair at Boston Consulting Group, where he sits on the firm's Global Executive Committee and Operating Committee. He previously served as global head of BCG's Principal Investors & Private Equity practice, which he helped launch in 2015, and has worked with clients across Europe, North America, and Asia since joining the firm in 2005. Torben Danger leads Boston Consulting Group's global Health Care practice, which spans biopharma, medical technologies, payers, providers, health systems, and global health. Val Elbert is the global leader of Boston Consulting Group's Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice, where he oversees the firm's advisory and go-to-market relationship with Google as well as work with a major North American telecommunications company on post-merger integration and operating model redesign. Before BCG, he was a Director in the Product Design and Development Group at Verizon Communications, where he led product launches and holds two patents. He earned an MBA from Columbia University and both a Masters of Engineering and a BS in Computer Science from Cornell University.

Vladimir Lukić leads Boston Consulting Group's Tech and Digital Advantage practice, including BCG Platinion, and co-leads the firm's global AI at scale offering in collaboration with BCG X. He advises organizations on large-scale digital transformations involving data, analytics, and AI adoption. Before BCG, he worked on business development and IT implementation at Gisdata in Zagreb, Croatia, and he holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a BS in management information technology from Canisius College.

Yasushi Sasaki leads Boston Consulting Group in the Asia Pacific region, overseeing its business across Australia, China, India, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia, with more than two decades of leadership experience in the region. He advises CEOs and management teams on AI-enabled transformation and business model reinvention, and previously served as BCG's Northeast Asia System Leader (2019-2024) and led the firm's Asia Pacific Financial Institutions practice.
