Mel Wolfgang is a member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods practice leadership team and North American management team, and co-leads the firm's North American change management work. Since joining BCG in 1999, he has advised industrial, technology, and public sector clients on strategy, growth, due diligence, M&A, post-merger integration, organization design, cost optimization, and pricing. He holds a PhD in hydrodynamics from MIT and a BS in naval architecture and marine engineering from Webb Institute, and previously worked in the marine industry.
